The key to yoga therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to discuss their challenges and concerns regarding their physical health, assist them in easing discomfort and to make best efforts to provide tools that will assist the client in transforming their lifestyle to acheive optimal fitness in body and mind.

Mark and Wendy combine yoga therapy with Ayurvedic principles to assist the client in alleviating their discomfort by incorporating the threefold process of Kriya Yoga as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The threefold process includes self-study (Svadhyaya), self-discipline (Tapas) and devotion to your True Self (Isvarapranidhada). These practices when done consistently and over time promote an easeful body, intuition, healthy discrimination as well as a sense of connectedness to ourselves and the world.
